Welcome to Susanne Living
Susanne Living brings three selected holiday homes together under one name: a loft in the heart of Brixen's old town and two villas near Bardolino on Lake Garda. On one side the mountains of South Tyrol, on the other the Mediterranean way of life by the lake. Susanne Obwexer and Herbert Grunser look after their guests personally.
About us
The family behind Susanne Living
We are Susanne Obwexer and Herbert Grunser. Herbert is a urologist, Susanne works in Brixen. Together we have two children, Jan and Anja, aged 14 and 10. Alongside family and work, we rent out our three holiday homes: the Loft Lauben in Brixen and the Villa Vista Lago and Villa Garda near Bardolino on Lake Garda. We look after our guests personally.

Two regions, two ways to spend your holiday. In Brixen you stay in the heart of the old town, on Lake Garda in the hills above the water.

Brixen, South Tyrol
In Brixen, the old town and the mountains are close together. Beneath the historic arcades you will find shops and restaurants, above the rooftops the local mountain Plose. Bike paths, hiking trails and several ski resorts are nearby. With the BrixenCard you travel free of charge on all public transport in South Tyrol.

Bardolino, Lake Garda
In the hills of Bardolino, the Italian way of life, nature and enjoyment come together. The lake shore, the lanes of the old town and the restaurants are only minutes away, and wineries such as Guerrieri Rizzardi and Cantina F.lli Zeni are close by. Verona, Garda and Sirmione make easy day trips.
